Configure Twilio

Send Passage authentication text messages through your Twilio account.

Prerequisites

• Twilio Account

• Passage username types supported must include Phone

Let's Get Started

1. Log into your Twilio account.

2. Select the account you would like to configure with Passage

3. Copy your Account SID

4. Create an API Key

   1. Copy your API Key and API Secret values

5. Copy your Messaging Service SID

6. Visit Passage Console > Branding > SMS Provider

7. Select Twilio as your SMS provider.

8. Enter your Account SID, API Key, API Secret, and Messaging Service SID

9. Click Save

   1. If your configuration is invalid you will receive an error message with details

10. Once your SMS provider is ready to send text messages, toggle Use my own SMS provider.
